The Olivina olive grove has been producing olive oil for 100 years in Livermore! Come tour the trees, learn the history behind the growing and producing some of the finest olive oils in the world. Following a tour of the trees, meet in the agriculture building to learn about how the oil is processed from owner Charles Crohare, and then learn how to use the high quality oils in your kitchen at home with Guest Chef Joe Rodrigues of Valley Catering! $20 optional materials fee payable to the instructor at class for a bottle of fine quality oil produced in your own backyard.
